Giorgia Marchionni

Giorgia Marchionni is the Coordinator and Project Manager of CRHACK LAB. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Heritage and Activities (University of Perugia), she obtained a Master’s degree in Cultural Heritage Management (University of Macerata) and a diploma from the School of Specialization in Art History (University of Macerata). She works on national and international projects in the field of Cultural Heritage, accessibility, and inclusion, such as ACCEASY-Easy to Read, Easy to Access, which aims to open up cultural heritage to people with intellectual disabilities and to use cultural heritage as a tool to promote social inclusion.

She is the creator of the international project AIDA-Alzheimer Patients Interaction through Digital and Arts, through which a methodology recognized at the European level has been developed to improve the quality of life for people with Alzheimer’s and their caregivers, using museums and digital tools. She is also the creator of the project ArteMIA-Art as a Means for Inclusion and Accessibility, which is currently developing accessible guides to cultural sites at the local level, with and for people with cognitive disabilities.

She is currently attending the International Master in Accessibility to Media, Arts, and Culture at the University of Macerata.

Emma Balfe

Emma is the Dignity and Respect Officer at the Institute of Art, Design and Technology, Dún Laoghaire. Working across the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Unit and the Human Resource Dept., their role focuses on facilitating institutional culture change through both pedagogical and policy development. Their research and writing practice is concerned with social mobility within the creative and cultural industries, with particular reference to social class, race and gender. Emma holds an MA degree in Gender Studies (UCD), a BA in Visual Culture (NCAD) and Postgraduate Certificates in Consent, Sexual Violence and Harassment: Practitioner Skills and Practice (NUIG), Assessment and Evaluation (IADT) and Learning and Teaching (IADT).

Claudia Matera

Claudia joined ALL DIGITAL in March 2021. Before, she worked as a researcher, project manager and lecturer at universities in the UK and Italy and for public and networking organisations in the Netherlands. Her background is within the contemporary arts carrying out research in the fields of Creative and Cultural Industries, Entrepreneurship, Education and E-learning, Digital Competencies and Gaming.
For longer than a decade, she managed and coordinated international EU funded projects fostering creative entrepreneurship and innovative technologies within the Creative and Cultural Sector.
She had been one of the pioneers of mobile gaming development running an indie game company focused on educational games to raise awareness on topics with a social impact for youngsters or adults.
She holds a PhD in Contemporary History of Art investigating the economical and cultural relationships between the Arts and the Economy over the last four decades looking for interdisciplinary relationships. She speaks Italian, French and is looking to improve her Spanish and German.

Gonzalo Raineri

Gonzalo, founder of the Symbiotic Design Academy, is passionate about advancing design towards a more sustainable future. This led him to develop the Symbiotic Design Framework, built on the foundations of traditional design, systemic approaches and biology. He is a Designer and Architect with a Master’s in Environmental Studies and Bioclimatic Architecture, and a PhD in Design. With nearly 35 years of experience and 30 years as a university professor, Gonzalo assists designers, startups, universities, and large companies in transitioning from conventional to sustainable practices to reduce environmental impact. He is also a design researcher, project evaluator, competition jury member, speaker, mentor, author, and consultant in sustainable design.

Ewa Senger

Ewa Senger is an Arts and Cultural Manager, currently working as the Managing Lead for OAcademy, a global music conservatory tailored to a new generation. Part of a larger group, the Orchestra of the Americas also spanning the Global Leaders Institute, the organization operates in a blended model worldwide, connecting professionals from different backgrounds and expertise. Currently based in Poland, Ewa spent most of her professional life between Ireland and Spain. She worked in different capacities in Cultural Management, Programming, and Development roles across a range of organisations including the Douglas Hyde Gallery of Contemporary Art, Szczecin Philharmonic, Dublin Fringe Festival, Irish Theatre Institute, and Spanish national agency Instituto Cervantes. Ewa holds an MA Degree in Ethnolinguistics from Poznan University and has completed postgraduate studies in Arts Management and Cultural Diplomacy. Passionate about nurturing talent and creating opportunities by finding contexts and supports, and proud to connect OAcademy to new audiences and enter into creative partnerships.

Randell Greenlee

Randell Greenlee has been in a managerial position at the German Entertainment Technology Association – VPLT, since 2014. Previously, he worked as a scene and lighting designer in professional theatres in the US and Europe before his career as an international consultant for live events. He was a lecturer for arts and culture at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Hanover, Germany and at the VPLT learning centre, DEAplus. Randell has been directly involved in developing VET policy for event technology occupations in Germany and in the Erasmus+ Projects InVent, TeBeVAT and PACE-VET. Currently, he is European Policy Adviser at VPLT and working on the implementation of the Green Deal in the live performance sector.

Milla Järvipetäjä

Milla Järvipetäjä (M.Soc.Sci & doctoral student at Turku University Faculty of Education) is a Senior Lecturer and Research Group Leader at Turku University of Applied Sciences. She has 25 years of experience in managing and executing projects in creative fields. Media education and curriculum development are her core expertise areas: she teaches media project management and operates as a Research Group Leader in Film and Media -team at TURKU UAS. Järvipetäjä has significant experience in developing curricula, course syllabi and online pedagogy, both in Turku UAS and in international projects. She operates as Innopeda® expert trainer and is strongly involved in pedagogical products export. Her research in education is currently focused on researching the career paths of journalism students, as well as on her doctoral student research on Constructing a working life relevant learning environment: RDI integration into education at Universities of Applied Sciences in Finland.

Danielle Townsend

Danielle Townsend, is a designer, educator, and strategist dedicated to supporting early-career graduates and the development of the wider sector as a centre of excellence in design. Holding a position as a Board Director at Institute of Designers in Ireland, (IDI) and working as an independent design and education consultant, she leads projects aimed at elevating the design sector’s professionalism, enhancing academic standards, and bridging the gap between industry and design education for graduates.

Fabian Bitter

Fabian has a background in human-centered design and holds an M.Sc. from TU Delft. He combines experience in design, innovation, research, and education, by working as a design consultant, research fellow, and lecturer. Since 2022, Fabian has been working at the Digital Lab “Disruption in Creativity” (DisC) from its very beginning, where he combines his passions for emerging technologies, creativity, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Simon Scharf

Simon is a singer and pianist based in Nürnberg, Germany. He works as an arranger and music composer and is currently the conductor of the Big-Band of the Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU). He also teaches „Music for television and media“ at the Hochschule für Musik Nürnberg (Nuremberg University of Music). Since 2023 Simon is one of three Coaches at the Digital Lab “Disruption in Creativity” (DisC).
