Collaborative consultation workshop exploring future pathways for integrating micro-credentials into skills systems, labour market strategies, and education frameworks.

Led by INSPIRE Europe and the Creative Pact for Skills Working Group for Cross-Sectoral Innovation, this interactive session explores how creative competences and lifelong learning can support innovation, resilience, and adaptability across sectors.

Drawing on experiences from the performing arts and beyond, participants will examine emerging approaches to skills development, professional learning, and cross-sector collaboration in response to digital, environmental, and organisational transitions. The session will also showcase practical learning opportunities and tools that support professionals in developing future-oriented competences throughout their careers.

From Data Gathering to Impact & Public Value

How should Europe measure the value created by culture and creativity?

While economic indicators and data gathering processes remain important, they often fail to capture the broader contributions of culture to innovation, social cohesion, democratic participation, wellbeing, and resilience. This session challenges narrow economic metrics, explores alternative approaches to understanding impact and public value, examining how evidence, data, and new evaluation frameworks can better reflect the role of culture and creativity in addressing societal challenges.
